Dashboard, Live Reads and Inventory

These three screens show what's happening now. They update by themselves, so you never need to refresh.

Dashboard

The place to work from once you're set up. Across the top is a band that calls out anything wrong, worst first. When nothing is wrong, it stays quiet. Below it are:

TileShows
Tags present nowTags seen in the last five minutes, and what share of your known tags that is.
ReadersHow many readers are online, degraded, offline or stopped.
Open alertsHow many alerts are open, with critical ones called out.
AssetsTotal assets, how many are checked out and how many are missing.
Tags by zoneEach zone sized by how many tags are in it right now.
Reads per hourRead activity over the last twelve hours.
Recent activityThe latest events, newest first.

Live Reads

Every tag being read right now, most recent first, up to 500 tags. Each row shows the tag's name (from your name column) or its EPC, which reader and antenna saw it, the zone, the signal strength, and how many times it has been read.

A tag appears when a reader starts seeing it and keeps updating while it stays in view. Live Reads is built for a tablet on the floor. Walk a tag past an antenna and it shows up within a second or two.

The indicator at the top shows whether the screen is connected to the live stream. If it says disconnected, check the device's network connection.

Inventory

Inventory by Zone lists each zone with the number of tags present in it now. "Present" means seen in that zone within the last five minutes. Open a zone to see the tags in it (up to 1,000), with how long each has been there and when it was last seen.

Counts here are deliberately live. A tag that left five minutes ago, or one that a reader can't see because it's shielded, isn't counted. For a full list of every tag Titan knows about, including ones not seen recently, use Tag Data.
